When buying developers or runtime licenses, itCampus also gives you the opportunity to conclude a Software Maintenance Contract. This contract will entitle you to receive updates and support free of charge. (Detailed information about the Maintenance Contract)
If you chose not to conclude a software maintenance contract, we will charge of € 95/hour for support, depending on the actual support time used. Support time is calculated by the quarter hour. (Current price list for Maintenance Contracts)
All prices quoted are Euro prices excluding VAT. Subject to change.
We only offer support for the respective current major release.
In particular support cases it may become necessary that we retrace the issue on your machine. We use Teamviewer for remote maintenance access. Should remote access become necessary, we will notify you accordingly by e-mail. In such cases, please download the Teamviewer client by following the link in the infobox next to this paragraph.
